1. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat rate for all orders.
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $120.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
We do not ship on weekends or New Zealand public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Local Delivery: 2–4 business days.
Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once your order is packed.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Strict Hygiene Regulations: Due to strict health and safety regulations regarding hair and beauty products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
We Do Accept Exchanges If:
The item is completely unopened, unused, and undamaged.
The original packaging and factory seals are 100% intact.
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
Opened or unsealed hair care, skincare, and styling products.
Chemical items including hair blondes, tints, and developers.
Hair tools and accessories including brushes, combs, and clips.
Electrical items including hair straighteners, dryers, and clippers.
3. How to Request an Exchange
Contact Us: Email us with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Review: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization if eligible.
Postage: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, we will process your exchange.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
